Grocery Shopping

 How often do you shop for groceries? How often do you make a quick stop at the grocery to buy an item or two?

I go grocery shopping every month, I make a quick stop like every two weeks

When I worked from home I would shop every 2-3 weeks and maybe have get milk, bread or fruit if we ran out in between.   Now that I have a long commute DH shops and he seems to like to go every other day... every day sometimes.    I teased him about shopping one meal at a time so he is trying to get better....and trying to look for sales more.

I go once a week and buy the next weeks worth of dinners and lunches to pack for the boys at school. I very rarely stop to buy a thing or two unless I just forgot something when I went last. I make out a pretty detailed list though and try to get it all.

I grocery shop once a week and gather all that I need  for that week. I shop on Sundays. It usually lasts us the whole week I might need to make  a quick run for bread or milk in the middle of the week. I budget $200 or less. But now with kids home for summer it might go up $250-a week.

 We have gone back to Aldi's. We tried what was supposed to be a name brand discount supermarket, but our bills were too high. We normally go between Aldi's and Bottom Dollar. We go at least once a week.
My kids are so picky. I can make certain things and they just won't eat it and then they whine and whine about not having nothing to eat. They don't like cereal for breakfast, they want like a frozen snack or dinner. It's really getting me upset. I have two boys 18 and 21 that just eat all day. My 18 year old will get done eating and then ask what else is there.

I shop every 2weeks and i have my husband stop a buy more milk one time in the middle of the two weeks

I have been trying not to shop more often than once a week. I used to work in a grocery store so it made it easy to grab great deals- but also really eay just to buy whatever looked good that day, too! DH still usually wants to stop in quickly for a few things but he could crush a week's budget on one meal! So we're definitely trying to avoid that!
