ranch pork chops

 1 cup breadcrumbs (seasoned)

2 cups parmesan cheese

1/3 cup ranch dressing

6 pork chops

combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in shallow dish. place dressing in another dish. dip pork chops in dressing. then coat in crumb mixture. place in a 13x9 pan. bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 25 mins.

 I've only made ranch chops with the dry mix, this would be such a time-saver, because I could use what I have on hand.

I actually do this on chicken every once in awhile. Either I dip it in ranch or I dip in bbq before i bread and bake.

I've done this with chicken also. So yummy!

I usually soak my pork chops in milk first then bread them an sometimes add ranch mix. This is interesting. Thanks for sharin
