Sweet and Saucy Chops
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 cups Campbell's® Tomato Juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 2 pounds)
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 small clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
6 cups medium egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
This is what we're having. I'm going to fit it with rice instead of noodles though. I'll post a picture when it's done.

Add chops and cook for 10 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides. Set the chops aside. Pour off any fat.Stir the remaining tomato juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder and onion in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the chops to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chops are cooked through. Remove the chops from the skillet and keep warm.Stir the cornstarch mixture and add it to the skillet. Cook until the mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve the sauce with the chops and noodles.
We are probably having smothered pork chops. Probably with rice and a veggie.
