 I usually don't eat much on Monday nights besides cereal.  Matt is at work by the time I get home, and he doesn't get off until about 1:30 in the morning, so I don't cook on Monday nights.

 Ok. . .the breakfast talk made me want gravy, so I fixed me some eggs, toast and gravy.  Yum!!  Now I'm totally stuffed!

It is my oldest  son's birthday and his choice for dinner was pizza. So we had veggie pizza, all meat pizza, tossed salads and fresh strawberries. We will have cake and ice cream a bit later.

either we are going out to dinner, which will be a Vietnamese place for some Pho (my favorite) or I will be baking the chicken breast, mashed potatoes and corn that I said I would. I just don't want to make a mess in the kitchen and Pho sounds so much better.... decisions, decisions....
