That's right. . .I'm giving you a breakfast/dessert recipe this time:)
1 loaf Italian bread, cubed, divided
1 pint blueberries, divided
8 oz cream cheese, cubed, divided
1-1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Place half the bread cubes in the slow cooker. Drop half the blueberries over the top of the bread. Sprinkle half the cream cheese cubes over the blueberries. Repeat.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. Pour over all ingredients.
Cover and cook on Low until the dish is custardy and set. (sorry, it doesn't give a time) Serve with maple syrup or blueberry sauce.
