 I think I have baked chicken strips on the menu tonight with some kind of roasted veggies:)

 Yes.  From what I remember off the top of my head, you soak the strips in buttermilk first.  Then you throw some corn flakes in the food processor with a couple spices, I think.  You shake the veggies (potatoes, carrots and zucchini) in the cornflakes and put them on a cookie sheet to bake.  Then you dredge the chicken in the cornflakes.  I'm sure I'm missing a detail, but that's the basics.  I can't wait.
