Pork tenderloin filets, already marinated. Something mushroom, I think. They were buy one get one free at the grocery store; I couldn't pass that up! We'll have some kind of potatoes and either green beans or asparagus with it.
Not sure yet. Today is Ash Wednesday, so it has to be a no meat dish. Any suggestions?
I have pork chops pulled out, just not sure yet how I will be making them.
um...i'll probably just heat up some pierogies after class tonight. im still sick..and dh is helping his boss and his boss's gf move her furniture again tonight so i dont need to worry about cooking for him most likely.
Im ordering Pizza..best way to go..fast and filling! Load it with veggies!!

I sauted some chicken with garlic, lemon pepper seasoning, basil, slices of green pepper, red pepper, zucchini, squash and asparagus. Then added a little chicken stock and thickened it up. Tossed in some cooked linguine. Sounds great, but it wasn't just okay. It was kinda light and it filled me up, so I was happy with it.
