These are dh's favorite way to eat potatoes. I guess they're okay this way. I'll eat them like this but it's not my first choice.

One of our friends from church makes THE BEST au gratin potatoes.  I don't know how he does it, but they are so darn good!

 depends on the brand

if it's boxed then I prefer Betty Crocker or Velveeta but if they are homemade then any kind os good with me! lol
