RELAX!!! Today is National Stress Awareness Day. This is your opportunity to recognize that there is plenty of stress in your life... as if you didn't already know. More importantly, today is an opportunity to learn, and to do something about the stress...... before it drives you batty or worse.
Do you have a lot of stress? Do you handle your stress well?
My way of handling stress is to pretend like I am calm, especially around Kendra. It does help.
I don't think I have a lot of stress really. I guess I'm used to the amount that I do have. The most stressful thing lately has been getting ds's attitude under control. He doesn't think he has to listen to pretty much anybody lately. Eeek...but he's a kid, and kids go through phases like that right? We're working on it.lol.
Nope I don't handle stress well. I certainly have enough of it around here.....lol!
