Snack or meal recipes for a boy with a peanut allergy.

I take care of a boy that has a peanut allergy, so sometimes when it's easy to make a snack of a PB&J sandwich for his brother's, I have to come up with creative snacks for him. Do any of you know any good peanut free snacks and/or meal recipes w/out nuts?

Any input is very much appreciated! :O)

Can he have other nut products? If so, you could replace peanut butter with soy nut butter, almond butter, etc.

If he wants a sandwich then maybe you could make grilled cheese instead of pb&j's for the kids.

Always lots of fruits and veggies..that is a must :)  They get to pick one healthy after-school snack, and one not so healthy-like a cpl cookies or since we just had Easter, maybe a cpl pieces of candy from their baskets. Lots of yogurts, fruits, veggies and fruit cups..that is one thing they are really good about is eating their fruits and veggies! :O)

Oh, and for quick meals, you could do veggie quesedillas, tuna/chicken/egg salad, soup, baked potatoes with cheese and broccoli (or other toppings), blts, bean burritos

Blend the following: 1 can pineapple w/ juice, 1 banana, 1 can coconut milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Freeze in pops. 117 calories per pop.
