PIGS IN BLANKETS
1 - 2 lb round steak
1 lb bacon
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 small onion
1/4 - 1/2 cup water
Cut round steak into long strips. Roll up each meat strip, and then wrap with a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick to hold the roll shape.
Warm remaining ingredients in saucepan, bringing to a simmer to make a sauce.
Place meat rolls in slow cooker. Pour sauce over top. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours, or until the meat is tender but not overcooked.
