Salmon-Apple Salad from the Pillsbury site!
Smoked salmon, apples and cucumber form an unusual alliance enhanced with a creamy dressing.

Makes: 4 (1 3/4-cup) servings
(4.5-oz.) pkg. smoked salmon, skin removed, broken into bite-sized pieces
medium green apple, unpeeled, chopped (1 cup)
medium seedless cucumber, unpeeled, chopped (1 cup)
cup chopped red onion
cups mixed salad greens
tablespoon cider vinegar
teaspoon white pepper
cup whipping cream, whipped
1In medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients except salad greens; stir gently to mix.2In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients except whipped cream; mix well. Gently fold in whipped cream until well blended.3Pour dressing over salad mixture; toss gently to coat. Divide salad greens evenly onto individual serving plates. Spoon salmon mixture evenly onto greens. If desired, garnish with edible flowers.
