I absolutely love Spaghetti Squash! The only way I have prepared it is to cut it longways in half and then bake it. I then scoop it out and add butter, fresh garlic and parmesan cheese. I'd love some new ideas if anyone has any. My husband has type 2 diabetes so loving pasta, this is a good low carb substitute! Thanks! :-)
