Egg Salad Sandwiches

I'm making some for lunch today and was thinking what else I could put in it. I use mayonnaise and a little salt.

What do you Ladies put in your egg salad?

Everyone has some great ideas for simple egg salad!  I love it!  I usually just put salt, pepper, mayo, a tiny squirt of mustard, onions and pickle relish in mine.

I put in mayo, yellow mustard, and a bit of salt.  I go to a veggie restaurant quite frequently and they serve their egg salad in a warmed pita with tomato, red or green pepper, a hint of onion and sprouts.  It truly is to die for.
