Bacon and Cabbage, rice optional
1 pound of bacon
1 whole cabbage
1/4 cup soy sauce
Cut bacon into tiny pieces, and fry in a large pan. Fry until crispy. After the bacon is cooked all the way, cut up the cabbage, like you're making a salad. Drain the large cooking pan of the oil, but leave just a little in the pan. Put in the cabbage, and about halfway through cooking the cabbage, add the bacon and soy sauce. Cook until the cabbage is done.
You can put it over white rice, which is really good.
Its easy, simple, and delicious. You can add spices if you want, pinch or two of Cayenne pepper, or black pepper, garlic if you want, but its just as good without.
