Roasted bacon ranch potatoes

4 small red potatoes
1 packet hidden valley ranch seasoning/dressing mix
4 tbsp olive oil
1pkg bacon bits
2 sheets aluminum foil
Preheat oven to 400°
Quarter red potatoes place in a mixing bowl drizzle olive oil over potatoes add seasoning packet mix well with hands to evenly coat potatoes
Place in aluminum foil sprinkle bacon over top and fold sides down ward bake folded side up for 35-45 mins until tender

Ps make sure the ac is on lol

I've made these before...they're sooo good.  I sprinkled some cheddar cheese on top in the last few minutes of cooking, too :)
