I'd love a good dressing. Either homemade (as long as it is easy) or bottled. I LOVE greek salads!

I haven't looked around yet, but what type of salad does everyone enjoy. Especially salads you can make at home. It is so hot here in AZ, so any way I can minimize the heat....

The only Greek salad I've ever had is made by a Greek. He uses an oil type of dressing with lettuce, tomato, green peppers, grilled chicken breasted with seasonings, onion, feta cheese and Greek olives. I don't think there is anything else. And I don't do salad much other than just a garden salad.

I only get it from Panera or a local pizzeria.  They put lettuce, onion, olives, feta, banana peppers, and I'm not sure what else.  I love greek salad!
