Sounds good!

Kind of crazy, but I had my very first pork chop today.  I have no idea how I'd made it to 27 without having one, but I did.  Anyway, it was good.  It had a maple glaze on it that was perfectly balanced.  It was a little tough (probably overdone), but it was good overall.
