We made enchiladas!  I LOVE enchiladas and we haven't had them in a while.  I though there would be leftovers, but everyone ate every last bite, lol.

i like old el paso stuff but living with a hispanic we eat alot of home aid mexican food one of my favorites is carna asada and carnitas

Your taco salad looked so 'yummy'!  Our family has been in this mexican food binges for over a year now!  We started with the home made taco soup.  Different brands of spices DO matter we have found.  Great work!
