Thank you Old El Paso and CafeMom! Our family loves mexican food.
We have an 8 year old and a 5 year old. I bought the stand and stuff taco kit and the hard and soft taco dinner kit. We had tacos twice last week. They LOVED the stand and stuff tacos! We made a "taco bar" and had all of the toppings on the counter for them to choose from. They loved that their shells stood on their plates and they could top it with whatever they wanted! We had rice, black beans, corn, lettuce, cheese and sour cream! It was a hit!
The hard and soft taco kit was a hit as well. They made "mini burritos" with the soft shells. I made chicken that night and they filled their little shells with chicken, cheese and rice!
Will definitely buy Old El Paso again!
Thanks again!
We made just regular tacos last night with the hard & soft shell dinner kit. I had planned to take photos, but the tacos were gone before I even got a chance. My almost seven year old ate FIVE by himself. And my almost two year old actually ate one too. Clearly they were pretty delicious. We just used the dinner kit as a filler meal since everyone was in the mood for tacos but we didn't have the extra time to be trying a new recipe. It was nice having a quick easy meal that the family loved.
We used the other two coupons to get some of the ingredients for the Easy Taco Bake Recipe. Since the tacos were such a hit last night, looks like we will be having the taco bake tonight. We are going to leave out the olives & beans. I will report back on how it goes!
Edit: We made the Easy Taco Bake this evening for dinner. It seems like recipes that have "easy" in the title never end up actually being easy. But, I have to say the Easy Taco Bake was just that- EASY! And delicious! It was a bit spicy for my taste, so I just added a tiny bit of ranch dressing in with my pile of lettuce and serving of taco bake. It was perfect after that. My family really enjoyed it. My son asked for seconds again. And my picky toddler ate some of this. Both of them loving dinner two nights in a row is absolutely unheard of.
I have to say the amount the Easy Taco Bake made was HUGE. With a family of four we easily have two meals. I froze the other half of the bake & hopefully it is just as good once it has been frozen & reheated again for dinner another night.
Thanks for such a fun (and delicious!) influencer! I know I will definitely be trying more Old El Paso recipes in the near future.
oh boy this looks good!

Thank you Cafemom and Old El Paso. So excited for this project! Looking forward to trying some new recipes.
Old El Paso has a large variety of product to choose from. After looking over the site for recipes I choose to make Spicy chorizo stuffed peppers and to go with that a taco salad.
The recipes are quick and easy to follow.
Tonight I'm making chili chicken enchiladas. ...requested by my 11 year old son. So I will update with that dinner tomorrow
I got my coupons and was waiting for my weekly menu to be "taco day" :) here are the tacos we had on sunday

we had leftover pork from a potcrock porkloin... I added the condiments from old el paso and heat it up. The smell was amazing!

then took the tortillas and warmed them up.

and mixed all the ingredients, rolled and voila!! :)
I was very happy when I was chosen and received the coupons because there is not other product in the market that can compare to Old el Paso. It is versatile and easy, yet tasty!
I have always used Old El Paso not only to make burritos or tacos, but to cook many other dishes. My kids love it and so does my husband. What I love the most is that I can make a dinner that is delicious and healthy in minutes... Its so easy I feel I am cheating sometimes :))
Another good thing about Old El Paso is that you can take leftovers and make new savory dishes with them... so Old El Paso is a win win in my book.

We used the coupons for the old el Paso refried beans and chopped green Chile's to make the slow cooker cheesy bean dip! It was delicious and soooo good! This came at a great time because my family came to visit and we had a nice big BBQ/ get together. But everyone loved it and I printed out copies of the recipe!!! This was the perfect recipe as it was made in the slow cooker so while it was cooking I could focus on all the other items! Because of th. Chaos with family visiting I didn't take pictures :( but I'm making it again SoON! I will defiantly take pics of the process! I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone because it sure was a hit at my party!!!
tacos and fajitas are always a hit at my house. That is one of the meals my kids come running for. We make fajitas, and enchiladas. Making enchiladas tonight actually. Going to grab out stuff with the coupons. I can't ever tell my kids that is what I am making until I start making it because they are begging me to get started even as early at noon lol.
Thanks Cafemom and El Paso for the coupons.
TACOS!!!
