If I'm in a hurry I normally just rub breadcrumbs in it and bake, maybe some butter.
It's a very fine flour so you use less. Instead of rolling the chops in flour, you can sprinkle the wondra on them. To me, it is so much easier.

Wondra??

Season both sides of boneless pork chops with salt, pepper, season salt and garlic powder. Let sit in fridge for 2 or more hours. Sprinkle both sides with wondra and brown in oil on both sides, transfer to a baking dish, cover with foil, cook at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Also works well for boneless country style ribs.
I sometimes use italian dressing on mine as well. I typically let it set in the dressing over night. If I'm in a big hurry, I put pepper and minced garlic on both sides and toss into a baking dish and into the oven. No bread crumbs, no pan frying, just naked and straight into the oven. I don't fry anything.
Quoting BelindaDuvessa:Italian dressing. We use this on steaks as well. You'd be surprised as to how they taste.
I like them on the grill with just salt and pepper, or with some italian dressing as a marinade, sometimes with lawrys seasoning salt and every once in a while I fry them in canola oil...I dredge them in flour with salt and pepper and some garlic powder....delicious!! :)
