How do YOU season up pork chops?

If I'm in a hurry I normally just rub breadcrumbs in it and bake, maybe some butter.

I don't, but you could add onions or potatoes; that would probably be good too!  =-)

Do you put anything in with it while it bakes?

It's a very fine flour so you use less.  Instead of rolling the chops in flour, you can sprinkle the wondra on them.  To me, it is so much easier.

Wondra??

Quoting TerriC:

Season both sides of boneless pork chops with salt, pepper, season salt and garlic powder. Let sit in fridge for 2 or more hours. Sprinkle both sides with wondra and brown in oil on both sides, transfer to a baking dish, cover with foil, cook at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Also works well for boneless country style ribs.

I sometimes use italian dressing on mine as well.  I typically let it set in the dressing over night.  If I'm in a big hurry, I put pepper and minced garlic on both sides and toss into a baking dish and into the oven.  No bread crumbs, no pan frying, just naked and straight into the oven.  I don't fry anything.

Italian dressing.  We use this on steaks as well.  You'd be surprised as to how they taste.

Normally, I fry mine in a mixture of olive oil and butter, sprinkle each side with just a touch chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.  Sometimes I'll switch it up and sprinkle them with lemon pepper seasoning or peppery mustard seasoning.

Just made boneless pork chops last night! Sprinkled with salt, pepper & onion powder. Fried 3-5 minutes a side in a tbls. of oil. Took out & put in covered dish, then added onions, peppers & eggplant to fry pan & cooked til soft (5-8mins.), then added back chops & added BBQ sauce (3/4 cup), & a tbls. honey, stired & turned until the chops were coated. Covered the pan & let it simmer about 10 mins. Very yummy!

Bake in breadcrumbs, in the crockpot with a bottle of italian dressing, on the grill plain, either grill or crockpot with bbq sauce. There are a couple marinades I use as well, but I can't remember what they are.

A lot of times I will just dump a bottle of 30 minute marinade over it and stick it in the oven.  I also sometimes roll it in raw egg and then in bread crumbs and bake it.

I like them on the grill with just salt and pepper, or with some italian dressing as a marinade, sometimes with lawrys seasoning salt and every once in a while I fry them in canola oil...I dredge them in flour with salt and pepper and some garlic powder....delicious!!  :)
