Hello!!!
I am out of ideas for chicken main dishes! I have pretty much every seasoning imaginable in my kitchen...and pretty much basic-ish ingredients elsewhere in my kitchen. I am planning on making chicken...something for dinner....I need suggestions cuz nothing that I am thinking of sounds good.
Suggest away! Ready....go! :)
Thanks ladies!
I don't really cook by recipes unless I'm baking but I usually start with chicken breasts.
Dip them on a mixture of egg and Dijon mustard
Then cost them in a mixture of Pablo bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parmisean cheese.
Then just bake them until they are done.
Chicken cordon bleu, Baked chicken with different spices, chicken lo mein (I wrote a recipe for this one, if you want it I can link you to my blog), chicken spaghetti in the crockpot, crockpot italian chicken over noodles, easy paremesean chicken..
My families favorite and the easiest way I make chicken is to marinate it in Itailian dressing and either bake or grill it. I don't know why but my kids go nuts over it lol.
I use leftover brown rice and fry it with a bit of olive oil. Then I add diced chicken and any leftover veggies. Once it is about done, I crack an egg or two into it. I add soy sauce & a little salt and pepper also.
My family loves it.

Brown the chicken in a pan with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Remove chicken and leave about 2 tbsp of oil in the pan. Reduce heat and put in two cups of white rice, onion powder, paprika, 1 tbsp minced garlic, salt, and pepper. After rice is covered with oil pour in a cup and a half of chicken stock.
Put chicken back in the pan and frozen sweet peas (as much as you want) and simmer until rice is tender.
I use minute rice so it cooks fast. If you use different rice I'd wait to put the chicken and peas in. The peas will cook fast, even frozen. You can also use actual onions instead of onion powder. Cook those in the pan with the oil for about 5 minutes before you put the rice in. If the rice is soaking up all the juices you can always had more stock.
