Yum Im making Pepperoni Pizza Muffins !!! While Im at it I think I will make ham and cheese muffins !!!
Makes 24-36 ( I freeze them )
- 2c Bisquick
- 8 Eggs
- 2c Milk
- 2 packages Hormel Pepperoni Minis
- 8oz Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- No stick cooking spray
- Contadina Squeeze Pizza Sauce or any kind you like for dipping
Heat oven to 375
Spray muffin tins with non stick cooking spray
Combine Bisquick, eggs and milk. Whisk until well blended.
Place 1tbs of baking mixture in bottom of muffin tin.
Add about 1/4c total pepperoni and cheese.
Place 1tbs baking mixture on top making sure to cover evenly.
Bake for 20 minuets or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and tops are golden brown. Remove and place on a cooling rack.
Let cool for 10 minuets and serve with pizza dipping sauce!!!
