double pie crust (I use french pie crust @allrecipes.com)
5c. Frozen mixed berries
1/2 c. Butter
1tsp. rum extract
1tsp. Lemon juice
preheat oven 350 degrees. Line 10inch pie pan with one layer of crust. In large mixing bowl; add berries, rum, flour, & lemon juice. Fold ingredients being carreful not to juice berries. Dump ingredients into pie crust. Cover with top crust add slits on to top to vent. Bake for aprox. 45min or untill crust is completely baked and filling is thick.
