Too much vinegar - help!

I made wild rice and mushroom soup, and I added too much cider vinegar! What can I add to neutralize the flavor without ruining the whole pot?

Double the rest of the ingredients to compensate.

Add starchy veggies like potatoes or beans

Add more cream if it is a cream-based soup or more water if it's water-based (remove some of the broth before adding if necessary)

Add a teaspoon of sugar
