I dice them up and use them in chicken chili, quesadillas, Cajun Chicken Pasta just to name a few.
I like to throw mine in the crockpot with some BBQ sauce.
I grill, boil, fry, bake,or crockpot them...(I usually use boneless though)For grilled, baked or boiled, I season them up and cook till done.For frying, I sometimes season and batter them with flour and brown them in the grease.For crockpot, I season them, put them in the crockpot and let the meat get real tender and shred.
