My neighbors and I are having a bbq with ribs, devil eggs, green bean casserole, and a few other sides. I wanted to make veggie skewers so there'd be atleast one thing healthy there so I'm looking up ideas.
You can also put fruit on skewers to bbq after for dessert.
Get wooden skewers, soak in water. Cut veggies in chunks that are likely to cook at the same time. Like small potato and carrot chunks, and bigger pieces of peppers and squash, mushrooms. Make a nice marinade, soak until time to grill. Drain abit before putting on grill to prevent a flare up. I have a grill pan that I like a lot for veggies. Enjoy!
