Had a St Pat's party last night so lots of Irish dishes were served. Today we will enjoy Shephard's pie and left over Pistaccio cake.

My daughter cooked the traditional corned beef and cabbage; she made Irish soda bread, for the first time (it was fantastic!). I made a chocolate orange Guinness cake (it was just okay, but the orange flavored frosting was fantastic!), and I took a 6 pack of Killian's Red over with me, too.
