need ideas for fresh catfish. piog

Dh and his friend went out fishing and caught a couple catfish.

Does anyone have any good ideas/recipes for fresh catfish? All I've ever done with catfish is fried it and I want to cook it for supper tomorrow.

We just get a breader...usually House Autry and fry it. ...sorry I'm no help if you didn't want to fry lol
