Nah... things I want to phase in, not out:

Exercise. Healthy eating. Meditating more regularly...

My phases were I am too lazy to exercise daily.. I go thru stages of where I am really good about it for weeks and then I feel like I am velcroed to the couch and dont want to get up and go thru that awhile and then get remotivated and start up again and go back and forth and back and forth. I somehow have to STOP doing the lazy part of it

No habits (that I think are bad anyway) here. Just ridiculous people I've phased out completely. Luckily they're not family though!
