It seem sso strange to me not packing lunches for school! But it's been nice to change their lunches and not have the same cold sanwiches everyday.

what do you usually make your kids for lunch in the Summer?

typically the same sort of stuff as during the year.  however if we are at the beach or something, when its really hot they just don't eat well.  so we do lots of healthy snacks.  fruit salad along w/ a homemade baked good - like carrot muffins, banana bread, or zuchini bread.  my kids are not sandwich eaters!

We eat at home all year long so it doesn't chnage much for us. Usually soup and sandwiches or a hot dog.

My kids are so picky when it comes to lunch for some reason. I can make something yummy and they won't touch it. So we stick with the simply sandwiches or noodles or something.
