That's awesome, we just stay inside.  I used to take my kids on base to go swimming in the pool for free but now that the terror alert is up since bin laden's death, they don't let you on base even if your car has a sticker, if you aren't military or personell you are not allowed.  It sucks, I felt like I was on the top 100 al queda list the other day when they stopped me, but I guess it's not just me and its for everyone's safety so I don't mind much.

Gosh I could never handle arizona heat, I am a big baby even in michigan summers, I love my central a/c and hate going outside in the summer

Me too!!  Except I'm born & raised Wisconsin.

This week and next week we're experiencing temps between 95-100 with heat index of 100-110.  I will NOT go outside AT ALL.

That's a really cleaver idea. We usually stay in until around 7pm. I'm real sun and heat sensitive. I wish I could fit in that.
