Mom to Mom Mom to Mom

I don't know about your kids, but mine has sooooooo many excuses about why they can't go to sleep yet.

I'm hungry. I just need a small snack.

 I'm not tired.

I had a bad dream(when they haven't even closed their eyes yet).

Feel free to add your children's Bedtime Excuses.

Quoting xxLukesMamaxx:

Mine are the same way. Mine alleyways say, "you didn't give me a hug and a kiss and tell me goodnight" (even though I kisses them, hugged them and told them goodnight twice already).

That pissed my husband off. lol I just laugh it off give my son a third hug and kiss goodnight. Mom you did not read me a story.

Actually, I have it pretty easy.  She is 7 and puts herself to bed between 7 and 8 at night.  She just comes and says "Mom, I'm tired. I am going to bed."

Within 5 minutes she is out and sleeps through the night.

I am sooo blessed.

DS usually says "I gotta pee" "I thirsty" "Read book" "I want kitty" "I scared". He's only 2.5 and full of ways to delay bedtime!

lol my son is usually very good about going to sleep. He usually wants some water before he goes to sleep but that's about it (:

Mine says the same things and she only will be 5. I know that she will get more creative when she is older with the excuses lol.
