Mine is a tie between homemade soup and steak with gravy and homemade mashed potatoes.. Yum

I actually really like cooking big dinners... like Christmas, or a full Indian spread, or a dinner party for 8.
I don't do it a lot, because it's really expensive (and we're spending that money in restaurants)... but I really enjoy doing it.
It's the tedium of daily cooking, coming up with what to cook, and figuring out how to use what's the oldest in the house, that I find a grind.
If you share, I think I need it too!
