treadmill inclined as far as it will go, 1 mile in half an hour
I take my dogs for long walks around the post every day except thursdays and Sundays...
When I get my knee looked at, I will start Tae Kwon Do again.
I would Love to answer this but I broke my foot awhile ago and it's not healed yet.
Running..... I usually try and go everyday but its usually 3 days then break a day to give my knees a rest) between 4 to 6 miles..... I
I have not exercised in a long time

I run as well, usually 3 to 4 times a week, still training for a 5k, but will be doing a half in May.
I also like cross-training, weight training, and Yoga.
Running, washing clothes by hand, walking, hula hooping
walks/ eliptical about 5 days a week 30min-1 hr
I have never been much of an excercizer...but... tomorrow I am starting to run/walk with a friend and we are going to do it everyday this week. I just need to do something before I turn 30 and my metabolism catches up with me :|
