It depends. Probably spaghetti and sausage, but I make kick butt chicken and dumplings and chili, so both those, too. And my chicken pot pie...
Chicken Enchilada Casserole (my Dh's favorite!)
Preheat oven to 350
Shred chicken breast. You can dice it, but if you shred you get better flavor. It's worth the extra time. Then cook shredded chicken in taco seasoning following pkg instructions.
In a large bowl, combine Sour Cream, Salsa, Soup, onion, and beans.
In a 13 x 9 casserole pan, line the bottom with single layer of tortillas. Then spoon layer of sauce mixture, chicken, then cheese. Top with another layer of tortillas then continue with sauce, chicken, cheese. Continue this until you reach top of dish, then on top of last tortilla top with cheese and put into oven for 35 minutes or until cheese browns slightly. Let casserole sit for 5-10 minutes then serve.
In this house everyone likes something different. But lasagna is something we all eat.
