So for a long time now like im talking years, my knees always hurt when i sit down and then when i stand up. Like it's an awful pain. I'm only 19 so idk why it hurts like this. I can't do squats and it hurts to bend down and pick stuff up off the floor. I don't play sports and have never gotten a knee injury. I have never broken a bone before so i have no idea why they hurt so much.

Hs this happened to anyone? What should i do?

Well ask your OB to recommend 1. Or you could start off just going to a family doctor. Your OB might be able to tell you what the problem is. I would just bring it up.

check with your insurance. some plans require that you see your family/primary Dr and then get sent to an orthopedic specialist.... other plans will let you call ortho directly.
I have knee problems and just had surgery on my left one in Dec.
