School year resolutions...

So, I'm never good at New Year's Resolutions, and I typically ignore them altogether. But with the school year starting, I have some goals for myself that I hope to maintain through the school year at least!

  • Make healthier meals -I always cook, but I'm a big comfort food kinda gal and not so much healthy. So I am working on changing that!
  • Keeping better house -self explanatory. Just keeping up with laundry and such.

What about you?! Do you have a goal you would like to achieve this 'year'?

My school year resolution is that 8 year old dd will practice her spelling daily. So far looking good, she got a 98 on the first test. I have her write them 2x every day.

Yes. I am training for a half marathon in May and hopefully that will help me lose the weight.

And to spend more time teaching my kiddos.

I also need to keep up with the house everyday. One load of laundry a day and put it away.

Making the kids keep up with their journals, setting things out the night before, and practice spelling.
