Best advice I got was from a friend.
My dd didn't want to sleep in her crib, so my friend to me to roll up blankets and put them around her so if she stretched out she would feel firm things next to her and it would be like being back in the womb. Worked like a charm!! She slept like a Very Happy baby after that.
Everyone tells you to sleep when the baby does, but I say have a shower, then sleep. You'll feel so much so much better.
