Have dinner on the table and ready to eat when your Dh gets home from work?? Does he expect it?

He works overnights. It would be a little awkward to have dinner on the table at 7 am. Lol.

I did it for my ex husband though. And yes, it was expected.

Well...my Dh kind of expects it. He knows not to bitch, but I get the cold shoulder if it's not done.

He's lucky if I have the tea made by the time he gets home, lol.

I'm sure my dh is happy when he comes home from work and sees no evidence of me in the kitchen :)  he's the cook not I.

I start dinner about 5:30 every night regardless. I have two small children that need to be feed... He can eat whenever. The only time I change it is when dh has to work nights and has to leave by 6. Then I'll make it early.

Nope we both work so he doesn't expect it to be ready and on the table when he gets home.

Heck no! Not every night anyway. And he cooks dinner half the time, too. We share the kitchen :)
