What was I thinking?!

Today at lunch I decided to get a caramel frappe from McDonald's. Every time I get one of those suckers I always become close personal friends with 'John' if you KWIM. ;) Yet I did it any way. Why oh why must I torture myself? Haha.

Those caramel frappes are worth the torture =D

I'm starting to realize that eggs and my body are not friends anymore but that isn't stopping me!

I tempted fate and had a Fiber One bar before the PTO meeting, lol. Thankfully it was uneventful. My
what was I thinking" moments are more in the winter time. I love oatmeal but it does not stay with me very long.

They work faster than the stuff they make for grown ups, lol. I am not ashamed to say I have had to use them a few times for my own "stomach" cramps.

I also now heart you.  Since I'm BF'ing, the dr won't let me take my IBS meds...this might be my saving grace!
