What about oatmeal or cream of wheat (made with water), cereal with almond or soy milk, sausage & toast (just make sure the bread is made without dairy or egg), trail mix/granola.... banana & peanut butter smoothie made with almond or soy milk...
This is a hard one! At our health food store they have lots of lactose free items, I'm sure there are some egg free too. Do you have a Trader Joe's near you? They have everything and they are the most reasonable.

One of my DDs has a lactose allergy, but I'm not sure about the no eggs part. We do cereal with soy milk, waffles, oatmeal, and fruit salad all with juice. But I'm not sure if the cereal and waffles have eggs in them
