How do you cook yours?

Do you use instant or 'real' potatoes? How do you season them? It seems there's a million and one ways to make them... I sometimes wonder if I'm even doing it right. Lol

I use real potatoes. I boil them in chicken broth (never water). Then I add milk and butter and sometimes season them with garlic, sour cream or cheese. I mash them by hand with a potato masher.

Real potatoes. They have to be lumpy too. ;)
I do milk and butter. I've done a few seasonings in there testing stuff out. But its easier to keep them pretty plain so each person can add their own stuff.
