How much does the tooth fairy leave your kids?

Posted by   + Show Post

My son lost his 5th tooth last night. We..I mean the tooth fairy..left him 5 dollars with every tooth. I read some blog where a kid was given a 50$ bill the first tooth, and a 20$ every tooth after that!

My son gets $20.00 usually, but he is our only child. If we had more than one child, he would not get that much.

The tooth fairy in our house leaves $1 for small teeth and $2 for the bigger teeth.

I would do what mrsnoble2004 does. I would leave gold dollars. And on top of that, the amount would depend on age for me. If they are really young then they wont need a whole lot of money cause they arent really going to be buying much, and if they do chances are, it will be cheap. Also, maybe a toy or something usefull with it, that's a good idea, I've never heard of that one.

I got a quarter for each tooth. A 1984 quarter, since that's my birth year. Not sure what we'll do yet, but it won't be more than $1.

I'm actually thinking something like a silver dollar.

when my son lost his first tooth, the 'tooth fairy' left a tooth brush, toothpaste, & $1. for every tooth after that he got $1

1 mom liked this

DD gets a $2 bill. She thinks they are so cool, so she saves them.
