I dont know if any of you remember, but I got into a car accident at the end of August, I rear ended some one (oops) Well anyway, I got the ticket....when I went to court they ordered me to take a Drivers Safety Class...It's this weekend....well normally my DH works EVERY Saturday, so I got ahold of my SIL and got her to agree to watch them.....but the whole time my DH KNEW he didn't have to work....I didn't find out til a couple days ago, AFTER I had scheduled the baby sitter AND told the kids.....

WHY? Why am I married (I was a single Mom for nearly 8 years when I met DH) And still getting baby sitters IF HES GONNA BE HOME?!?!

I just find this RUDE and selfish.... I know they arent technically his kids, but when ya marry some one with kids, they become yours, right?

Anyway, what would you do??

You already know how I feel about him, lol.

If he didn't want to watch them he could have at least had the decency to say that.

I would want to know why we needed a babysitter if he wasn't going to work.

I'd be asking why he didn't tell me he wasn't working and why I needed a sitter...

I would tell him he needs to inform me when he is not working bc he is a parent too and its his responsibilty to care for the kids when you can not! Get him momma! : )

I would have cracked my dh upside the head.

That is rude. Really if he didn't want to have that responsibility he shouldn't have married someone with kids.

He better pick them up! He didn't marry just you, he married your kids as well.

He picked them up, took them to get ice cream and to a store they've been wanting to go to :)

I took a nap after class, lol
