I actually just signed up with this Scottish lady Gillian Mckeith and it has worked well for me actually so I am going to keep it up. She mainly has you eat a lot of veggies but i find it is really good actually. That is actually a surprise for me because I would always have meat before and now I dont' really miss it and have lost a few pounds already in the first month.
I'm kinda always on the DASH diet since I have high blood pressure. There was an article about it in The Stir today.
I joined a local gym and am watching what I eat
I am trying to lose weight but just cutting down on portion sizes and getting back to the way we usually eat.
Just watching what I eat.
