 Congrats on your weight loss! I'm a pasta pizza eater too...lol.

Not really on a "Diet". I am trying to lose weight though. I am making healthier food choices, cutting back on pop (my major weakness), and walking more. I could always use advice.

I do not like diets, but we are making a life style change to get healthier and more active.
