Hi Ladies!!

I started a new nanny job a few weeks ago and need your help!! I feel like all I have fed these children for lunch/dinner is grilled cheese & mac & cheese!!! Mom & I are trying to come up with some good ideas for meals- breakfast, lunch & dinner!!  Preferrably something one of us could make in bulk & freeze if necessary. Ideally she would like to make a few things on the weekend so that I can just heat it up during the week. So please, if you have ANY ideas let me know!!!!

I like to freeze up soup, chilli, and spaghetti ahead of time for easy meals. You can just make a big amount then eat half & freeze the rest. We can normally get 2 meals for a family of 4 out of all 3 of those things.

Another easy meal we keep on hand is the stuff to make wraps or quesadillas. All you need are tortillas, chicken, veggies, & cheese. Then we just press it on the george foreman. Normally we eat baked chicken one night & set aside one or two extra chicken breasts to make wraps or quesadillas later. Or you could always do the precooked chicken breast for more convenience.

Also, you can do most of those in the crock pot. I have an amazing potato soup recipe for the crock pot. Let me know if you would like it!

No, I never really had to. Every family I have ever worked for has always had tons of food on hand and I didn't have any issues coming up with things. But these people are a little different... I'm not sure what they feed them when I'm not here because there's barely anything here!! Don't get me wrong there's food... but just not much to work with. She's looking to me to come up with ideas which is fine... that's why I come here =)

You could make a homemade pizza one day and have the kids help you make it. Depending on how old they are!
