I am 26, I will be 27 next month and over the last year or so I have notices that my period symptoms have changed. It went from just mood swings and fatigue to not so much mood swings, still have fatigue, my breast swell up and are very tender, I eat a lot also. It is like I am always eatting. I was just wondering if this is nomarl to have PMS symptoms change over the years and the older you get. I already have a docotor appointment to talk to my doctor about it, but I thought I would ask you ladies first. Thank  you

Yes, it can change over the years. It did for me a couple of times. Doctor said it was normal.

I guess mine has changed over the years too.

Yes, it is normal. No, your doctor will not likely have anything for you... they don't really deal with the moderate swings of 'normal' in a healthy body.

You might find that drinking more water and less caffiene and sugar throughout the month helps ease your symptoms. Anything that stresses your liver will make your hormone fluctuations harder on your body.

mine changed after the birth of each child. Since you are going to your doctor I am sure you will tell them about this and verify with them whether it is normal. Good luck

I would think its normal! It's so unpredictable as is, at least for me, so I'm never shocked by new issues relating to it.

I am 46 and have seen mine change threw out my years.  I find it does more the older I get.
