At night...I put a ton of vaseline on my feet and then cover with an old pair of socks. The next day my feet are so much better.

I bought a mr. pumice sponge at sally's. They're about $2. It's not hard like a real pumice. I use it in the shower once in awhile with my body wash. The socks and vaseline idea  works too.

I have one of those eggs like they sell on TV for your feet.. I bought mine at Walmart. It works great. I use it then use lotion on mine.

Soak your feet in warm water, scrub them with a pumice stone or foot scrub. Use a deep conditioning lotion made for feet and slather it on at bedtime, wear socks as this helps it absorb into your skin. You may have to do this more than once to get your feet soft and smooth, then once a month for maintenance.
